Splitting first place

There are now two undefeated teams in the conference after Nevada’s closer than expected 27-20 win over New Mexico and San Jose State is the other after it held off UNLV.

There also were two teams that did not play this past week in Wyoming and Air Force did not play so that is impacted in these rankings as neither played and it was two straight games for the Falcons.

Boise State has not lost a league game yet and they came back from their loss with a dominant win over Colorado State led by its special teams.

San Diego State also made a statement by easily taking care of Hawaii on the legs of running back Greg Bell who had multiple big-time plays for touchdowns.
