Mountain West basketball media days are this week where the league and media will predict the all-league team, order of finish and other awards. We do have our lead basketball writer Eli Boettger live from Las Vegas covering the event so give him a follow on twitter.

Our staff predicts the order of finish nd it is no shock that the Nevada Wolf Pack are projected to be the top team but it was not a unanimous pick by our staff. Now, Nevada was the clear top team but it is shocking that Boise State and San Diego State did earn a first-place vote.
The Aztecs going No. 1 overall is not all that much of a stretch as they defeated the Wolf Pack in the Mountain West tournament last year, but the Broncos is more surprising as they are losing its best player in Chandler Hutchison.
The team that no one voter can agree upon is UNLV. The Rebels earned votes ranging from third to ninth
