How good is the Mountain West so far after a week?

Jeremy and Eli are back to go over the first week of Mountain West basketball by discussing most of the teams. It is still early to know exactly what teams are good or not mostly because the competition has been up and down.
The early assessment is that Nevada is at the top and then a mix of Wyoming, Boise State and Colorado State. Unfortunately, San Jose State brings up the other end of the spectrum.
