A new week means new bowl projections.

Week 12 was just nuts in Mountain West play and one new team is guaranteed to go to the postseason as Hawaii scored 22-straight points in the fourth quarter to defeat UNLV and become bowl eligible with its seventh win of the year. The Warriors have now clinched a spot in the Hawaii Bowl.

There are now six teams which are bowl eligible: Hawaii, Nevada, Boise State, Fresno State, San Diego State, and Utah State.

Wyoming also won a classic game today over Air Force and are sitting at five wins and only need to win its finale next week to get to bowl eligible. If the Cowboys win next week there would be two more bowl-eligible teams than spots and just maybe a chance a six-win Mountain West team could be on the outside looking in.

With there possibly being a crunch on too many bowl teams we left Wyoming out of the projections this week.
