The pairings for the annual Hall of Fame Classic were announced Friday, according to CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein.

The event, which will take place at Staples Center on December 7, will feature Nevada and New Mexico. The Mountain West and Pac-12 both have two schools represented in the six-team event.

Nevada will be taking on Arizona State while New Mexico will play Saint Mary’s at the neutral-site event. The Wolf Pack played TCU – who is also part of the Hall of Fame Classic – last December at the Staples Center.

Tip times are currently to be determined.

Nevada won the Mountain West regular season title for the second consecutive season last year, advancing to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.

New Mexico finished third in the Mountain West and reached the Mountain West Tournament championship game.
