Week 10 College Football Bowl Projections
Two Mountain West teams became bowl eligible this week

There is a chance that seven Mountain West teams could be bowl eligible.
Currently there are five Mountain West teams that are bowl eligible with Wyoming and Fresno State joining the mix. Utah State could be next with five wins and then there is Air Force and UNLV who each have four wins on the year.
There just five bowl tie-ins with the Mountain West and there is a potential for eight bowl eligible teams once the season ends. Things could go smoother if somehow the Mountain West champion gets into a New Year’s Six game but that does not seem to be a likely path at this point in the season.
The Cactus Bowl is a backup location and the Frisco Bowl has an at-large spot so those are options, and maybe the Fosters Farm Bowl which could be an option if the Big Ten gets two teams in a big money bowl game where local-ish team Fresno State could be attractive.
Also, with fewer bowl games this year, RIP Poinsettia Bowl, there is a chance a few 6-6 teams could be left out.
