Why UNLV Will Win
The Rebels, riding a three game winning streak, are coming off a dominant win over Wyoming which saw their starting front court of Shakur Juiston, Brandon McCoy and Tervelle Beck score 22, 19 and 15 respectively. When the Runnin’ Rebels are that dominant in the front court they are going to be hard to beat on any night, and if they can duplicate that tonight, the undersized Falcons front court will have near impossible time stopping them.
Why air force Will Win
The Falcons are riding a two game winning streak, which saw them hang 100 points on New Mexico their last time out. The Falcons are going to need that same type of efficiency on offense if they are going to hang with UNLV, who currently have the conferences top offense. If they received the same type of balanced scoring, 5 guys scored in double figures against UNM, then they will give themselves a chance to leave Las Vegas with a win against third place UNLV.
