Why Boise State Will Win
Boise State hosts New Mexico looking to move to 3-0 in conference play for the third straight season. New Mexico won’t go down easily, though. The Lobos fought hard against the heavily-favored Nevada Wolf Pack on Saturday, falling 77-74. Based on tempo, it was the second slowest-paced game of the season for UNM. Don’t expect Wednesday night’s matchup to be a track meet either. Boise State will look to slow things down and make the most of its mismatches. We could see another big performance by Hutchison if the Lobos don’t show up defensively.
