The Wyoming Cowboys are great at home Mountain West play, and they have wins over Boise State and Nevada. The road-home split is real as the Cowboys needed overtime to beat San Jose State on the road.

Justin James was a huge reason that the Cowboys were 2-0 and the home 104-103 double overtime win over No. 23. In this win, the guard had a game high 33 points, 10 rebounds and a steal. James also shot very well by converting 14 of 22 from the field and 2 of 6 from beyond the arc

In the follow up game at San Jose State saw James put up another 33 points and was just two rebounds short of another double-double with eight boards, and had a steal and a block in the second overtime win of the week.
