ESPN is the primary stakeholder in a majority of college football’s bowl landscape, and they revealed the official kickoff times for each of its 35 games this afternoon.
The festivities will kick off on December 20 with the Makers Wanted Bahamas Bowl and the DXL Frisco Bowl, the latter of which hosted San Diego State last winter. The Mountain West slate won’t kick off until a day later, with the possibility (for now) of up to six or seven different games, depending on contingencies and, of course, securing the Group of 5’s automatic bid to a New Year’s Six bowl.
The biggest highlight? The SoFi Hawaii Bowl has been moved back to Christmas Eve, kicking off at 5:00 PM PT/6:00 PM MT.
There’s just one kickoff time left to be determined at this point. The NOVA Home Loans Arizona Bowl, where the Mountain West will square off with the Sun Belt, is scheduled for December 31, but the start time on CBS Sports has yet to be announced.
