Aggies get recognized
Utah State’s 2021 season is getting a full make over with new head coach Blake Anderson and this year might be a struggle to win a lot of games. That does not mean this team will not be interesting, because we think this Aggies team will be interesting.
One player that will help make this team interesting is wide receiver and returner Savon Scarver. Scarver has been one of the best returners in the country and in Phil Steele’s yearly preview, he lists the Aggie as a fourth-team All-American as a kick returner.

Scarver has six career returns for a touchdown and is averaging 27.97 yards per kick return over his career, so he is deadly and can make a big play happen after the opposing team scores.
His receiving game could use some work if Utah State is going to go anywhere significant this season. Last year he had just five catches for 48 yards with a score, and for his career he has 49 catches for 715 yards and four touchdowns.
