Preseason Top 25 teams litter the Mountain West schedule

Which ranked opponents will each MW school face this season?

Earlier this week, the Associated Press released its first preseason Top 25 poll. Utah State was the only Mountain West team in these early rankings, coming in at #17 overall. Today, the USA Today coaches’ poll came out, featuring the Aggies at #19.

And while the Aggies are obviously featured on every other MW school’s schedule this season, there are also plenty of opportunities for fans to see some of the other teams that made the preseason Top 25 polls, as well as a number of schools that received votes in one or both of the polls, but fell short of actually making the cut.

Here’s a list of each MW school’s top-ranked opponents.

Air Force

Jan. 7—vs. Utah State (AP #17, USA Today #19)

Jan. 21—at Utah State (AP #17, USA Today #19)

Boise State

Nov. 9—at Oregon (AP #15, USA Today #14)
