UNLV will take on former Mountain West foe BYU at the T-Mobile Arena on December 15 as part of a neutral-site doubleheader. The other matchup will be LSU-Saint Mary’s.

Last season, UNLV faced Rice and Utah at T-Mobile Arena during non-conference play, winning both games by sizable margins. The Rebels also had another two games at the MGM Grand for a total of four Las Vegas non-conference games not played in the confines of the Thomas & Mack Center.
In addition to the BYU matchup, UNLV is slated to participate in the return game of a home-and-home with Illinois in Champaign. Marvin Menzies’ group will also take part in the Diamond Head Classic in Honolulu. The field is expected to include Colorado, TCU, Rhode Island, and others.
UNLV finished 20-13 last season, going 8-10 in league play.
