Best reaction to Allen going No. 1
Mel Kiper, Jr. shocked nearly everyone by projecting Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen as his top overall pick in his first mock draft of the year.
There were a lot of reactions to Allen being pegged to the Cleveland Browns at No. 1, but the best reaction to Kiper going with Allen over the likes of Josh Rosen, Baker Mayfield, Lamar Jackson or Sam Darnold was from former NFL quarterback Ryan Leaf.
Leaf was taken second overall in the 1998 NFL Draft in a hotly contested debate between him and Peyton Manning, and had this quip toward Kiper.

For those who don’t remember, Leaf was one of the biggest busts in draft history and there was this rant and a few other issues with the law. So, it is good to see him laugh at himself a bit.
