Jeremy and Matt are back to preview the San Jose State football team. They are a team where last year was basically a Year Zero situation with Brett Brennan being a first time coach coming in from Oregon State where he was a wide receivers coach.
The offense has the potential to be pretty good with Montel Aaron very likely being the starting quarterback and showed signs of promise in the running game with Tyler Nevens and they have one of the best tight ends in Josh Oliver.
Also what will be key is if the offense doesn’t give up the ball over 40 times, so if they can cut that down then that should help the Spartans be more competitive.
