An amazing surprise for Talton

The Nevada Wolf Pack had a win for the ages as they came back from a 24-7 halftime deficit against Purdue to ultimately win 34-31. The game was decided on a walk-off kick from 56 yards out by true freshman Brandon Talton.

What was even more amazing about that kick is that Purdue head coach Jeff Brohm tried to ice Talton with a timeout but the first kick was no good.

The second kick was good as the video below shows.

The kick was amazing and the comeback was amazing but the best part of the night for Talton was when he was awarded a scholarship by head coach Jay Norvell in the locker room after the game. Of course, he received the game ball as well for his heriocs.

He was totally surprised by the move from his head coach.
