Josh Allen’s shoulder injury may keep him out of Fresno State game.

Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen left with an undisclosed injury in the win over Air Force, but on Monday it was revealed that Allen has a sprained AC joint and will have an MRI on his right, throwing shoulder.

Despite the injury, head coach Craig Bowl has Allen listed as the starting quarterback on the depth chart.

During Monday’s press conference Bohl said he believes there is no structural damage, but added at this point in the week Allen is a half-time decision against Fresno State.

If Allen can not go then the starting quarterback will be sophomore Nick Smith.
