The Iowa Hawkeyes running back room is stuffed to the gills, and that meant that there are only so many carries to go around for 2025.
Being such a deep group means one running back can now be listed as a former Hawkeye, and that is Max White.
White was not likely to see playing time with Kamari Moulton and Jaziun Patterson cleary ahead of him.
White’s new home is in the Mountain West in Laramie, Wyoming. He announced this new on social media.
White appeared in 27 games for Iowa and rarely saw the field. In his career, he had nine rushes for just 38 yards and did find the endzone once.
He did have some playing time returning kicks during his tenure with Iowa.
