Hawaii is looking to start 2-0 and this second game of the year will be a well-traveled Navy football team that is possibly making the longest road trip of the year as they go from Maryland to Hawaii. They will be bringing its run-heavy offensive attack.
The benefit for the Warriors is that they are playing its second game of the year while the Midshipmen are opening up its season. This is going to be a huge test for this Warrior defense which has not been all that great defensively over the year and it did show last week against Colorado State but that was in the air attack.
If Hawaii can limit big plays by the Navy offense they have a good chance to win this game at home, and especially so if Color McDonald and this run-n-shoot has a repeat performance from last week.
