Draft decisions must be made by the end of the month
Two current and two former Mountain West players will participate in this month’s NBA Draft combine, according to Friday’s reports.
Nevada’s Caleb Martin and Cody Martin have both received invites after declaring for the NBA Draft without an agent last month. Ex-Boise State star Chandler Hutchison also received an invite as well as former UNLV center Brandon McCoy.
Hutchison and McCoy have already hired agents.
A number of current Mountain West players who declared for the NBA Draft did not receive invitations to the combine, including Nevada’s Jordan Caroline, San Diego State’s Jalen McDaniels, Wyoming’s Justin James and Fresno State’s Deshon Taylor.
Players have until May 30 to decide whether to remain in the draft class and forgo their remaining college eligibility or return to school.
The NBA Draft combine will take place in Chicago from May 16-20.
