Hawaii (8/25) – Win
The Rams open the season in week zero for the second straight season. They’ll look to match last year’s big win against Oregon State. Even with the offensive losses from last year, the Rams should have enough firepower to overpower the Warriors defense.
Colorado (8/31) – Win
The Rams will be looking for revenge after last year’s referee fiasco. CSU will be riding the high from the previous week and come out firing against the Buffaloes. The defense will get their first test and prove themselves in this game.
Arkansas (9/8) – Win
This is a toss up to predict. Chad Morris is in his first year as coach for Arkansas and it will be tough to tell whether or not he’ll succeed. The Razorbacks have lost a couple of players for the year already. The Rams use the home field advantage and secure a win over their SEC opponent.
@Florida (9/15) – Loss
The Rams will face their third straight Power 5 opponent when they head to the Swamp to take on the Gators. The Rams winning streak will come to an end as the heat, humidity, and talent of the Gators will be too much for the Rams to handle.

Illinois State (9/22) – Win
While the Rams will come away with the win, but it won’t be an easy victory. The Redbirds were voted 21st in the preseason FCS poll. The Redbirds will put up a fight, but the Rams will pull away in the end.
@San Jose State (10/6) – Win
The Rams travel to California for their first conference road game. The Spartans may improve, but they won’t be a problem for the Rams. The Rams offense will have their way with the Spartans defense. And the Rams defense will get a chance to rest a little before a tough stretch.
New Mexico (10/13) – Win
The Lobos haven’t beaten the Rams since 2009, and that trend won’t end this year. With the Rams defense getting into a rhythm and the offense running on all cylinders, CSU will be tough to stop in this game. The Lobos have issues of their own that are causing distractions this season.
