Keys to a Rams Victory
1. Diversity
Junior wide receiver Warren Jackson had a career game two weeks ago against New Mexico as he caught nine passes for 214 yards and two touchdowns. He established himself as the latest big time, outside receiver at CSU. Well, he’ll need some help from freshman sensation Dante Wright. With the right combination, these two could keep Fresno State’s defense guessing all night.

2. Be Complete
Said it before and we’ll have to keep saying it until it happens. Colorado State has yet to play a complete, four-quarter, turnover-free game. While there is arguably enough talent on the roster to compete and beat anyone in the Mountain West, it would be a lot easier if they didn’t turn the ball over. Even in their best performance of the year against New Mexico, the Rams found a way to turn the ball over twice. While the Lobos didn’t capitalize, Fresno State may not be as forgiving.

3. Belief
There is still time to turn the season around believe it or not. 2-5 is not a death sentence but it will be an uphill climb to a bowl game. Despite what the two score spread suggests, the Rams really can beat the Bulldogs in Fresno on Saturday night but they gotta believe they can. They gotta believe they can win even if they get down early. They gotta believe even if they turn the ball over. They gotta believe that this season can still end in a bowl game.
