College Football Rankings Week 3: Boise State To #20 In AP Poll, Coaches Poll
The Associated Press Top 25 and Coaches Poll are out and Boise State has moved up again in both rankings.

Wyoming is still in the mix, and SDSU makes an appearance.
For the second straight week, the Boise State Broncos are on the rise in the eyes of coaches and the Associated Press.
After dispatching Portland State, 45-10, on Saturday night, the Broncos moved from #22 to #20 in the coaches poll and AP Top 25 thanks to developments elsewhere in the country: #24 USC lost in overtime at BYU, Temple stymied #21 Maryland with multiple goal-line stands, and late mistakes doomed #18 Michigan State in a loss to Arizona State.
Elsewhere in the Mountain West, Hawaii fell out of the “also received votes” portion of the coaches poll after a blowout loss at Washington. Wyoming managed to hang on to its spot there, but fell from three points to one after struggling to put Idaho away at home.
In all, though, the rankings were pretty static from last week to this week. Penn State and Utah switched places in the coaches poll, but there was no movement in the top ten in either set of rankings.
