The game also is at noon.
Weather is striking Boise State again but this time the matchup will not be canceled. The game against Florida State is being impacted by Hurricane Dorian, so the match up will be moved from Jacksonville and to Doak Walker Stadium, the home of Florida State football.
The issue was not entirely gameday itself but the storm coming overnight Saturday and into Sunday which would then impact everyone leaving the area on Sunday.
The storm is expected to be a Category 3 and possibly a Category 4, so with how these storms can move and with Jacksonville in an area of uncertainty, the game is being moved for precautionary reasons. Which is the right call to make.

“Obviously we’re concerned about fans attending this game if we’re in the path of the storm,” Jacksonville director of public affairs Nikki Kimbleton said. “We’re very concerned about the safety of fans leaving the game or staying in Jacksonville for an extra day.”
In addition to the game being moved locations the kick time will be moved up as well to avoid the storm and will be played at 12 p.m. ET. Originally the game was to air on ESPN but now it will air on ESPNEWS.
