A premier home run hitter.

In a conference rife with pass catching talent, no one made their name on the deep ball in 2020 quite like Nevada’s Romeo Doubs, the next player on our list of the Mountain West’s top performers.

After fellow top 50 honoree Elijah Cooks was lost for the year to injury in the season opener, Doubs stepped up to have one of college football’s most prolific seasons. He was one of just four FBS wide receivers to reach 1,000 yards in fewer than ten games and led the country with seven catches of 50 or more yards, pacing the Mountain West with 58 catches, 1,002 yards and nine touchdowns en route to a spot on the all-conference first-team offense.

Now on the radar as a potential future NFL Draft pick, Doubs is a leader on one of the Mountain West’s most prolific attacks. Whatever he does for an encore, chances are you’ll be seeing the big-play ability most Saturdays on your social media feeds.
