This year, we decided to do something a little different. You guys and myself will be going head to head all season long in a betting challenge. I will be putting up the money for both sides and we’ll see who is the better bettor with no risk to you guys.
Here’s a reminder of how this is going to work. The odds post will come out each week and I’ll make what I believe to be the best bets for each game. Four of the bets will be picked and we’ll tweet out a poll for you guys to choose which bet you believe is most likely to win. I’ll pick one of the other bets and each week we’ll recap the head to head as well as how each team did at the sportsbook. In the event of a cancellation of a game that was bet on, the next highest chosen bet will be made in its place.
Last week my pick won and the reader pick lost. The reader’s chose the Wyoming -17.5 and I chose the Fresno State/Nevada over. My pick is now 5-2 on the season, while the reader pick is 3-4. Let’s take a look at this week’s top picks.
