Last week my picks went 3-0 after the cancellation of three games. And I’m 12-13 on my picks this season. Let’s see if we can get above .500 this week.
Colorado State @ Air Force (-5.5, O/U 54.5)

A noon kickoff on Thanksgiving Day should make for an interesting rivalry matchup. Colorado State is coming off a “bye” week after their game was cancelled against UNLV and Air Force is on a short week after beating New Mexico last Friday. The Rams offense is good enough to get points and I’m not sure the defense is up to the task yet of stopping the triple option. Take the over here.
New Mexico @ Utah State (+6, O/U 51.5)
Wow, who would’ve thought New Mexico would be favored in a game. I’m not sure when it last occurred for the Lobos outside of an FCS game. Utah State is not a good team this year. Their head coach was fired and there’s been some quarterback controversy going on. Until they settle down, take the Aggies opponents and the points.
Pick: New Mexico -6
Wyoming @ UNLV (+16.5, O/U 51.5)
UNLV seems to be slowly rising their level of play in the Mountain West. A true test will come this week against Wyoming. The Cowboys had off last week thanks to a cancellation and they’ll be looking to hit somebody. Expect fire from both sides, with the Cowboys ending on top.
Pick: Wyoming -16.5
San Jose State @ boise state (-11.5, O/U 58.5)
— Boise State Football (@BroncoSportsFB) November 24, 2020
Mountain West Football is on Fox this week. The Spartans are visiting the blue turf as an undefeated team. Boise has been the top team in the MW all year long, outside of a loss to BYU. I think the Spartans can cover , but the safer bet is probably to take the over here.
Nevada @ Hawaii (+6.5, O/U 59.5)
Nevada came out on top over San Diego State last week. Hawaii put a little scare into Boise State. Two high powered offenses go head to head this week. Nevada’s defense has been really good this year. Hawaii’s offense has taken a little step back, but it’s still a damn good offense. Take the over here.
