Despite all the results of this week and teams not playing the entire top 12 remains all the same. What did change was that Nevada and San Jose each earned the same number of first-place votes with four each and Boise State garnered one extra from last week to end up with two.
There can be some changes next week as San Jose State faces Fresno State and San Diego State takes on Nevada. So, there very well could be a new number one and any of the top five could take that top spot.
Boise State has an easier game as they travel to Hawaii and they are in the mix to retake that top spot.
