Wyoming Releases TV Schedule For Upcoming Football Season
All eight games will be nationally televised.
A few weeknight games, too.
On Tuesday the University of Wyoming released the revised 2020 football schedule. This schedule includes start times and where to watch.
Thankfully each game this season will be nationally broadcast, with six games appearing on CBS Sports, and the remaining two games can be seen on FS1.
This is potentially the first time in program history that every game was nationally televised and the first since 2017 that seven or more games have been broadcast by a major network.
The schedule also released start times to each game, except for the Nov. 27th game against UNLV which is still TBA.
Every game this season won’t kick off until after 4 p.m. MT. This will mean that most home games will be played in the crisp, cold, air of Laramie during the winter.
The game against Boise State, on Dec. 12, is scheduled to kickoff at 4 p.m. MT Last year temperatures reached well below freezing on this date, and with it being a night game, dress in layers for those attending.
Two takeaways from the release of the schedule:
1. Wyoming is going to receive more national attention since Josh Allen fixed the eyes of the football world on Laramie.
2. This is going to be a very cold season for fans who choose to watch the games from the stands. Game time temperatures could be well below freezing for many games this season, so if you do decide to go wear layers and drink plenty of hot chocolate.
