The Spartans are back at home on Saturday to face a surging Air Force team after losing on Wednesday to Wyoming. San Jose struggled early in the loss to the Cowboys, it took the Spartans over 5 minutes to score their first points of the game. Although San Jose went on a nice run of their own as they were able to battle back and tie it up by halftime. In the second half, Wyoming started to heat up from 3 while the Spartans shot themselves in the foot with empty possessions on turnovers. Both teams were searching for their first conference win of the year, but ultimately Wyoming would pull away. San Jose State will try to avoid losing 10 in a row when they face Air Force on Saturday.
