Boise State held nothing back in its soul-crushing win over UConn on Saturday night where records were set in the 62-7 win. That victory propelled the Broncos to move up two spots in the latest USA TODAY coaches poll, and are still the highest ranked team from the Group of Five. UCF is second from the G5 teams after its win and are 18th.

The only other team in the Mountain West to get consideration is Hawaii who is now 3-0 and received 10 points in this poll. Fresno State’s loss to Minnesota and San Diego State’s close win over Sacramento State removed both from consideration.

Boise State has a huge opportunity to move up even higher in the rankings as they go on the road to Stillwater, Oklahoma, to face Oklahoma State who is ranked 19th in the coaches poll.
