2018 Week 3 AP Top 25 Poll: Boise State Jumps UCF
Broncos move up three spots.
Boise State wanted to show its dominance this past week as they cruised to a 62-7 victory over UConn to improve to 2-0. The win for the Broncos was just an eye-popping statistical outcome and that performance impressed the coaches poll who moved them up to 17th.
The AP poll is now out and not only did Boise State move up three spots from 20th to 17th, plus also jumped UCF to now become the highest rated Group of Five team in both polls.
Boise State has a chance to move up even higher in the rankings as they go on the road to Stillwater, Oklahoma, to face Oklahoma State who is ranked 24th in the AP poll.
Hawaii is the only other Mountain West team who is getting consideration with five votes.
