Mountain West Tournament 2018: Day 3 Results
Find out who won at Day 3 of the Mountain West Tournament
Championship Week is coming to an end.
The third day of the Mountain West tournamnet saw a pair of not overly competitive games with San Diego State upsettng and literally crushing top-seeded Nevada to make it to the Mountain West title game. The Aztecs looked great from start to finish and the Wolf Pack were not the same team everyone has seen all year.
The second semifinal saw a somewhat more competitive game with New Mexico holding off an Utah State rally in the second half. The Lobos were much more athletic on the court in this win over Utah State and it also helps that the shots were falling for the Lobos.
Up next is Saturday’s conference title game between New Mexico and San Diego State.
