The Bulldogs Beat The Rams By 21 Points

The Fresno State Bulldogs used a strong inside game to pull away from the Colorado State Rams. The Bulldogs made 9 more shots than the Rams did. Both the Rams and Bulldogs made the same amount of three point shots.
Fresno State was led by Bryson Williams, who had a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds. He was joined in double figures by Deshon Taylor (13), Jaron Hopkins (12), Terrell Carter II (11), Jahmel Taylor (10), and Ray Bowles Jr (10). The Bulldogs were playing team basketball all night as they finished with 21 assists. They also beat Colorado State at their own game as they out-rebounded the Rams.
Colorado State was led by Nico Carvacho who also had a double-double, with 14 points and 11 rebounds. He was joined in double figures by Che Bob (15), Lorenzo Jenkins (12) and Deion James (12). The Rams are missing the game of Prentiss Nixon. While he has returned to the Rams lineup, he hasn’t had much of an impact. He had zero points in this game going zero-for-nine from the field and zero-for-five from three. The Rams need him to pick his game up a little.
The Rams have to regroup as they have a home date with Boise State on Wednesday, February 21st. The Bulldogs now have to travel to Las Vegas as they take on UNLV on Wednesday as well.
