Not all bowl game are created equal. Some are really good, some are bad but it is still college football and the number of games left are dwindling. So, we present a few reasons to watch the Las Vegas Bowl between Arizona State vs. Fresno State.
A rare G5 vs. P5 matchup
There are a mere five bowl games featuring a Power 5 program and a Group of 5 team, so this is a matchup for bragging rights. Also, Fresno State gets another chance to beat up on a Pac-12 team as they are taking on Arizona State as a favorite.

Fresno State’s gets a big audience on ABC
Most of the game for the Bulldogs this year were allocated to late night kicks that West Coast teams are accustomed to playing. This is a mid-afternoon game and it is on a broadcast network.

Skipping bowl games has become more and more commons for players who are heading to the NFL. Potential first-round WR N’Keal Henry is on the sidelines and doing just that. This past year he had 73 catches for 1,088 yards and nine touchdowns.
The next two wide receivers for the Sun Devils are Kyle Williams and Brandon Aiyuk who combined for 64 catches, 845 yards and four touchdowns. It will be interesting to see what player(s) will step up to replace Henry’s production.
