Boise State heading to the Cayman Islands?
The Boise State Broncos are already filling out its tournament schedule for next year and it sounds as if they are heading to the Cayman Island Classic in 2018, per B.J. Rains of the Idaho Press-Tribune.
Rains notes that it is “not official” and that he is “hearing” that it will be the Broncos as one of the eight teams.
The Cayman Islands Classic is a brand new tournament this year and it features eight teams with a few mainland non-bracketed games.
The Wyoming Cowboys represented the Mountain West this year. The rest of the 2017 field includes some solid teams which includes the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns, Iowa Hawkeyes, South Dakota State Jackrabbits, Richmond Spiders, UAB Blazers, Buffalo Bulls and the Cincinnati Bearcats.
