Why UNLV Will Win
The Runnin’ Rebels passed their first real test of the season with flying colors, blowing out Eastern Washington, and Wednesday night they will be faced with their second big game of the season, and an opportunity to log a quality non conference win. However, this test is likely to be much more difficult, as Utah (predicted to finish 7th in the Pac-12) brings an experienced team, that gets balanced scoring from it’s entire starting line-up. That being said, whenever Brandon McCoy and Shakur Juiston are on the floor, UNLV will be the better team, and they should be able to exploit their advantage in the paint, just like they did against Rice.
UNLV +7, o/u 151
UNLV 78, Utah 75
